Job Openings
Elite Therapy Solutions is searching for motivated outpatient Physical Therapists to join our team.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably in the process of looking for your next career move. When you land an interview with us, one of the questions we’ll ask you is: “Why did you choose physical therapy?” We’ll save you some time by revealing the most common answers we hear: “I was an athlete growing up and I, myself, was a PT patient”; “I’m a problem-solver and I like the challenge of figuring out what’s wrong”; or most importantly “I want to help people”. While we love hearing the origin stories of our up-and-coming clinical team members, this last answer hits the nail on the head!
The most attractive quality we look for in a candidate for employment is the ability to connect with patients on a personal level, gain their trust, and provide the help they need in the most efficient and effective manner. While we value clinical skill, we acknowledge that it is built upon over time. The inherent ability to build relationships and interact with patients and team members is fundamental to the success of this position.
