Amanda Horvat comes to Elite Therapy Solutions with eight years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic where she treated a range of patients and diagnoses including her true passion for treating adolescents with athletic injuries. Amanda is a native Pennsylvanian who grew up in Sinking Spring, PA. Her interest in physical therapy started as a competitive gymnast where she ended up receiving multiple rounds of physical therapy for various injuries. Amanda is Direct-Access licensed.
Amanda graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and from the University of Delaware where she received a Master’s in Anatomy and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Amanda enjoys the outpatient physical therapy setting and treating a variety of orthopedic and sports injuries. Amanda strongly believes in manual therapy techniques and the importance of individualizing each patient’s treatment in order to return each individual to his or her goals.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys running, bicycling, golfing, cheering on any Philadelphia sports team, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
